Shane and Salome’s May 31 wedding day was so perfect!
They tied the knot at a lovely church venue in Dublin, Georgia, local to the bride’s hometown. It was so amazing as the photographer to watch their church community come together to make their wedding day so special. Everyone had a special assignment, from reception coordinators, to bridal party servers, to ushers, to table waiters. It was amazing to see the love and support the couple received by everyone involved in serving on their wedding day.
We photographed the bridal party and couple portraits at the same location as Shane and Salome’s engagement session. I was so thrilled to revisit Lockerly Arboretum for their wedding photos, and it did not disappoint. The 1800’s historic home may just be my new favorite spot for photographs, but the sprawling, beautifully kept grounds match the stately home’s grandeur to perfection. Let’s just say portrait time was heavenly.
Shane and Salome, thank you for trusting me to capture your wedding day! It was such an honor to be a part of your special day, and I cannot wait to see how the Lord grows you both in your lives together.
